The NOR-BIH Invest AS launching meeting will take place on March 15, 2023, at 18:30 at the Bosnia and Herzegovina Embassy in Oslo. NOR-BIH Invest AS, a company and investment fund, aims to invest in Bosnia and Herzegovina and strengthen commercial links between the two nations.
The Norwegian-Bosnian Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors made a proposal for the formation of an investment company, where investors could gather with the aim of investing in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, realizing that the spread of risk will facilitate investment. Companies that are members of the NBHK, the Norwegian-Bosnian Chamber of Commerce, came up with the idea of forming an investment fund because they want to invest in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The company will invest in start-up, small, and medium-sized businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The company wants to encourage investors from Norway and Bosnia to contribute to the value development of these businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The meeting can be joined in person or through Microsoft Teams, and the video link will be made available soon. By March 14, 2023, we request that anyone wishing to participate via video link submit an email to post@norsk-bhk.no.
We hope that the response will be large and that we will launch a business that will serve as an example of investing in BiH. Further details about the meeting and the proposal for the company statute will be released on March 13, 2023.
